help me,how can we use paypal acccount in india,
can we change it into cash, or only for online purchases!

You can withdraw the money. You can either request that the money be sent to you by check or you can have it transferred to your checking account. Another way is to sign up for a paypal debit card. You can then use it like a regular debit card/credit card.

I did some checking and even though paypal is available in India they do not support your currency. I would suggest that you withdraw the funds in one of the currencies that they do support and have it converted at your bank to your currency. The US currency comes to mind or even the Euros.
