What if your birthday falls on a holiday?

For those of us whose birthday, falls on Christmas or New Years Day, or any other holiday, how is it? Do you have a separate celebration? Do you feel that people enjoy the celebration because it was your birthday rather than because of the event you celebrate on that day?
