Do you Eat what you want?? Or do you follow a Diet??

Are you a vegetarian or vegan, have a special health condition or following some sort of diet to lose weight or stay healthy? Or do you just eat whatever you want and enjoy your food?
I try at times to eat healthy to lose a few extra pounds, I have added a lot of veges to my diet but I love vegetables and I will still eat the things I like. I love sweets especially chocolate, Im big on pizza and pastas, I like to enjoy my food so I will eat what I please. What do you like to do?

I usually eat food that what I want,I don't have any diet to follow. Coz I love to cook and If I will go on in a diet my famiy will be dieting too, hehehe and I not really a figure concious I just want to eat all kinds of food I want.

and i love to cook, too. so, most of the time, i cook when i feel like wanting to eat something. and ofcourse, just like you, when i cook, i'm the one eating parts of it first. so, good that i don't follow strict diets. no need to.

ohhhh cooking is the one of the great joys of life, i would hate to be one of those people who counts every callory. If you are active you burn it off anyway

I don't follow a specific diet, but after being told by my doctor how high my blood pressure and cholestrol was I decided to just eat better. So I eat less fat, less salt, less meat, more vegies, beans, fruits & grains.
Great side effect to just eating better was that my blood pressure is now pretty normal, my cholestrol went down 60 pts and I've lost 50 lbs!
I sometimes miss the major ice cream and cookie dough binges but I don't deprive myself. If I want a little chocolate, I eat it, just not as much as I used to.
I found out last week just how bad fast food is for you though. I haven't eaten any fast food in almost a year but my nephew was in town last week and we all decided on burgers and fries for dinner. Oh my goodness I felt so awful the next day, bloated, stomach cramps, water puffy, tired. It was just awful, I kept thinking how on earth did I survive all those years of eating like that all the time! Yuck.

thank you for all the information, I am bad with fast food I would like to cut it out of my diet and limit my sugar intake too. Your response has inspired me to try hard at this!

i eat whatever i want. i'm not maintaining my weight and i have no trouble with keeping my weight. just as long as what i'm eating is edible, i'm on. LOL! just like you, i'm big on pizza and pasta but not sweets. Pizza, i love so much. If it's possible for me to eat it breakfast, lunch, dinner and for snacks, i'd do it. =P

I do both. As a fan of Weight Watchers I have learned that I can eat what I want and also eat so I keep the weight off that I have lost. On this plan I was able to sneak in some treats, but still ate very healthy and lost twenty-two pounds. I also did it right from home on their website. I've learned that deprivation just leads to binging so it's best to to exclude any food, even the ones that aren't healthy.

Hi, Iam and non-vegetarian and had been really keen keen on eating meat roasted, KFC and Macchickens plus coke.I found vegetables quite a headache to clean and time consuming. But my thinking changed when I got Hypo-Thryoid where not proper diet made my body retain water because lack of iron and i put on weight which I found difficult to shed. so now even though i found it hard in the beginning iam more into green vegies, steamed meat, water and long walks and believe me it is walking for me..But I still can't resist and go for the chocolate sundae at the Mac's..

Nope theres no diet or anything i just eat what i want.
I meant it,I EAT what i want.lol.
Its not all to it, i have to work out in case i eat somethings that a little outta my league.I do workout everyday anyhow.
I'm also trying to figure out the means by which you can eat and never gain weight.Will go in vain i guess.lol.

I know many people who can eat whatever they want and never gain any weight, I was alot like that when I was younger I think its just the persons metabolism.

I have always watch my food intake. I am a bit body conscious. I prefer to eat veges during meals but of course I don't deprive myself with food that I like but I see to eat that everything is balance and manageable.Usually, I treat myself on weekends like eating sweets and the like. And I tone down on weekdays like taking only vegetables and fruits.

I usually eat whatever i feel like. As yet i dont follow any kind of a diet plan. I believe in Live to Eat. So, by the time you are alive enjoy your life and one of the many ways to do so is to eat and eat a lot.

I mostly eat whatever I want. I like sweets too much and will occasionally put on a few pounds due to over indulgence. I will watch what I eat and try to be healthy for a little while to drop a few pounds occasionally. I actually like eating a detoxifying diet everynow and then. I feel very healthy when a do that for 3 days or so every now and then.

I just eat what I want. I don't follow any diet. Actually, my eating habit is very unhealthy because I don't eat vegetables. I always eat chicken and pork. On top of that, I don't exercise.
However, I'm not obese. I weigh 64kg. I try to exercise daily but I'm too lazy. Now, I am planning to consume vitamin pills as a replacement for veggies.

you do need to try and consume more veges though I read somewhere that vitamin pills dont actually take the place of all the veges you should eat in a day. Im bad about exercising to I cant seem to get motivated enough to do so.

i eat what i want and i am lucky to not gain extra pounds. hehe.
but i know that i should take care of my health and eat healthy food since i might suffer, too in the end.
but as of now, i don't follow any diet regimen. i just eat what i want and when i want.

I recently have started on a health kick. I quit smoking 8 months ago, and the weight piled on. Now I'm on a mission to remove it again LOL.
I've cut all sugar out of my diet, I've started drinking a LOT more water, and I'm being a lot more conscious about what I put into my body.
I've also started walking most days if not every day, and this weekend, I hope to get a Step and a Step Aerobics DVD to help burn the calories. Of course, I also have to get me a set of bathroom scales and I'm dreading that part the most LOL.

I eat what ever i like, i do not rescrit myself on food as long as it can be eaten. We only live once, why rescrit ourselves to the food we like.
