Why Do People Have A Name??!

Why do people have a name??And who starts giving name and where did they get the idea to have a name??Who starts to have a name??Those are the questions that made me think..
What I know is mothers are giving name because they want to have their kids a mark like:Who is that? ..but I know that my conclusion is not enough to stopp thinking about it..And I know that giving name after birth because its part of the tradition of every people...Can anybody there can explain why,where,how and when do all this things starts...

But by whom?Who made it all started by this..I know studying philosophy will make a little clearness but aren't you wondering why scientist conduct a theory about names and it's meaning...I know that jesus didn't made us with a name only people did the name to Jesus...

You can ask the same question by another way.
What happen if all people have no names?
May i ask you another question, What happen when you meet your friend and try to remember his name to call him, but you forget that name?
In your home, if you have many children and want to call one of them, if they have not any names, you can not make this call except you go to the one you want and ask him to come for you.
By the way, can you explain, how to solve this issue in your opinion?

Ok..Let's just put it the way you like it...What if people have no names??Can you answer that issue?that question is pretty silly.How can forget a name especially friend of mine is in this issue.That's why I'm posting some discussion like this because maybe someone can explain this issue...This is a question in my mind that I kept all years that had past but still no answers to that question...But in my own opinion maybe scientists made a theory about name of all people and thay also conducted meanings to their names..

easy answer is , how to call you if you don't have name? i think so hard to do that, because may of people have almost same specification. where is start? someting happen according to the need, when we need the name there is the begining of name.

i too get some crazy doubts like that.y r we born like tht which have no answers.for finding answers to them we have to go into philosphy which is boring.and for ur question y should we hve names ,we cant call everyone ""hey u there come ....." if we know him . he feels down .if we have a name we can call that particular person by his name.its great we developed this much effective system of culture.may htis little info clear ur doubt .

yeah you're right...But i still have doubt like:WHen do giving names all started?Where does it start?Who started it all?How do the starter thinks that name is important??

They represents a voluntary choice by parents.Parents choose a name that is fascinating to them.People have name for his/her own identity.Basically human are entitled to have their own name, identity and uniqueness.We are all marked with our name for easy identification.Other families just copied the name from generations to generations.

Yeah...You're definitely right..You said that names are almost get from generation to generations,then From their old forefathers or whatever they called that where do you think they the idea that they be needing a name??Do you think long time ago someone has announced that "all of you must have a name??"WHy does they call it as a "name" word?How does it started?Who started it all?But thanks for responding because it erase little bit of my doubts..
