i really, really would like to have my own laptop but i have a limited budget

do you know of any shop here in the philippines, especially,the greater manila area, that sell second hand laptops?

I'm sorry but I don't know because I'm Italian. However, my suggestion is to have a look to eBay, maybe you can find there some opportunities. Good luck.

there are many store in the philippines that sell low cost laptops.. just like here in manila. i think laptops cost about 40 thousand.. that the lowest i see so far.. ^_
