how do you get rid of vbs worm in a portable storage device?

i have been deleting a file with a .vbs extension. it means that it is a vbs worm. it has also infected our computer. everytime i access my usb flash memory, i scan it and there will always be a vbs worm found. how do you get rid of this problem?
