i'm waking up at seven o'clock . i have to go to school in at that time . I sleep about eight hours .

I wake up no later than 7 am every weekday in order to get to work and send my kids to schools. And during weekend, no later than 7.30am as the kids will get up and they want breakfast and I had to get up to prepare for them... sigh... can't sleep any longer even on weekend.

i plan to wake up at 5.30 everyday, but in practical it goes upto 6.45! :-)

No matter what time I sleep, I usually have to wake up at 6am in the morning, because my wife is a teacher and has to have early breakfast and go off to work around 6.30am. But on weekends, I can wake up a little later, at 7am.
