I went to my first Miami game last year and I had a blast for the most part. Its an 8 hr drive from where I live to Miami. We left home at 2 a.m. got to Miami at about 10 a.m. then at 10:30 a.m. what happened? we got in a wreck! it almost ruined our trip. My car was almost totaled. I have a 4 dr honda civic and we were hit on the side by a h2 Hummer! I was so scared. No one was injured but I will never forget my first trip to Miami.
When we finally got to the game, I was so excited, we had the best seats! we were on the 2nd row on the 40yrd line on the Dolphins side! I have never been to a NFL game but now I am hooked and cant wait till the season starts again soon. We have already planned two trips down to see them play the cowboys and I forget who the other team is we are going to see in December.
anyone else dolphins fans and if so what are other good places to sit and average prices? we stayed at the Don shula hotel last time, its really nice. Any other hotels nice that are around the stadium?

I grew up in South Florida and have been a Dolphins fan since I was a kid. When I left S. Fla, the only teams down there were the Dolphins, Hurricanes, and Heat. I've never had the chance to go see the Dolphins live but it is one thing I will do before my journey is over.
Sorry about the accident, the traffic in Miami is insane and Atlanta is the only place that I've been personally that has worse traffic.

Just had to add that I agree with you on the Atlanta traffic. We're in the Atlanta area for our granddaughter's wedding this coming weekend. However, I'd say both places are insane.

Go Fins! Always glad to respond to anyone who loves the Dolphins. I was born and raised in Miami and have been a Dolfan since they became a team. I watch their games on TV because we hate driving to Miami (and we're less than an hour away). You really had some good seats. I've been to the stadium for two games and really enjoyed both of them. I have no idea what the prices are now or what hotels are near the stadium. I hope someone else can help you on that.
I'm so sorry that you got into an accident on your first trip down here and sure hope whoever hit you had insurance. There are too many drivers in the Miami area who don't have insurance...another reason for us not driving down there.
