Ghost Recon Advance Warfighter 2 on X box Live

I have just bought this game(about 48 hours ago), I have barely started to play it in single player but so far what I have seen of it they have definatly improved on the first. Online I made it too lvl 3 (40% of way to lvl 4). I think could/should be a higher level if wasn't so damn hard to get a ranked game everyone seems to be lvl 5+ . I was just wondering what other peoples experience with the Xbox true ranking system and getting ranked games online?... eg are you a lvl 14 think is about highest online atm...Do you struggle as much as low levels finding games?
