NASCAR rules

I completely agree!! It seems that certain rules only apply to certain teams....and that is not fair! I think that it would be a great idea for NASCAR to post the complete rule book, not only for research purposes but for people that are new to the sport that do not know all the rules and would like to know them. I'm not new to the sport, but their are many rules that I don't know or just don't understand.

Each team that enters receives a complete set of rules. So, yes, they do have rules published. Whether the average fan could get a set, I don't know. I only know them because I've been a rabid fan for the last 30 years or so. They do tend to change, and they even change during the course of a season. Mostly that's to allow them to keep competition close and interesting.

Yes I do think they should! They do change alot so much that I have lost track of what they are!

I do not believe anyone can know all the Nascar rules!!, cause I think over the pass couple of years now they are making them up as they go! once a team does something that is a little gray well here you go again lay a fine on them and add it to the nono rules!! I donot think there would be enough room over on nascar.com to post the rules and they would have to be updating them every other week!! I for one feel that Nascar is getting too money big, not sure if that is the right word I am looking for but it just seems to me we aren't for the fans anymore they are for themselves. does that make any sense?
