How To Improve Online Video Quality

I like wathcing online videos on sites like youtube but the quality is always really bad, is there anything i can do to improve the quality?

Find the original file.some files are naturally bad quality too.There are better sites than youtube.

I don't think so, I once uploaded a very good quality video and still the quality on the website was awful. I have asked some guys but all of them said you can't do anything that is how it is like on YouTube. So just upload and don't complain. :)
