breast feeding in public

Just the other day a friend of mine told me about a radio show debate about breast feeding in public. Apparently, the women was feeding her baby in a cafe and one of the customers was very disgusted by this and said he lost his appetite. I could not believe that kind of reaction in today's world where it's alright to walk around topless. This kind of debate should not even be a debate. In my opinion, women have the right to breastfeed their baby and also to go out in public with their baby, so if the child is hungry then they should be able to feed them without any shame. Breastfeeding is one of the best things a mother can do for a healthy start in their baby's life. Women should be proud and not have to hide to do it. I think some people are confused about breasts.
