How well do you work with others?

That would mean you are very generous. It really was a tough job to please everybody in most cases, especially those that you work with or come across at your job, nevertheless once you set your mind doing it on a routine basis you will find it no harm doing it because your emotions starts to get acquainted with their individual differences.... Keep it up and be one of the employee of the month, though it may sound too difficult.

well i am also interested in working independently but unfortunately i can't since my work is based on the whole team.So we are often close together disscuss things ang work as a team..in my home i work independently...

hi, how are you doing? long time no see. lol... Ok, let us come into the point. I can work quite well with my colleagues. The reason why I can do it is that I do not care a lot about somethings such as the fame, money, and position. I do not mean I do not like these things. I mean I do not want to rack my mind to fight firecely for these things.I think if people do not hold right kind of attitude toward money, fame , position. it is really very hard for them to work well with others. Good topic anyway. No man is an island. nowadays, team work is becoming more and more important in our society.how to handle the relationship with colleagues is really an art.

well friend i am a loner and love to work alone,but dont mind takeing others along.

I like to work AROUND other people. I do prefer to be able to do my job at my own pace but I like having others around some. I liked to work under supervisors who knew that I knew my limits and would go to them if I needed help-----but who also knew that I would do my own job very well if left alone. I do work well with others as part of a team, but as I said, I prefer to be on my own.

At any work organization, no body choise his boss or/and the people he works with. So, you should adapt your self to work with. if they O.K it is O.K. If not you should be patient, and try to acheave the goal of your organization in the way which get all happy.

As for work , I prefer getting things done all by myself. Of course i wouldn't hesitate to coordinate colleague activities.

I can work with others and give good opinion. I also can works independently as I done in swisscash biz. U know why, I've got about 667 members in swisscash from usa,turkeye,uk,indonesia,philipines,singapore and malaysia. I've also got 118 members in hit 4 pay. If you do networking, u have to works together with your members.
