today is a terrible hot day. just now my roommates asked me to swim in the afternoon after class.there is a big natatorium in my campus that in such hot day many students would like to go there and enjoy swimming. but as for me, hehe, i can't swim. when i was a child, my father often took me to the natatorium which is not far from my home to swim evey weeks.but i didn't learn well and i just learned how to go down.you know what,my father is a good swimmer, and he can swim very well.he taught me how to swim but i still did a bad performance.ususlly, i always use buoy in natatorium and try my best to swim but in vain. one day, i found my ear painful and went to see doctor who tell me that i have a problem in ear due to a lot of water in my ear.my ear is quite easy to be entered water when i was swimming. from then on, i have never touch the natatorium. actually, i really admire the people who can swim well and comfortable in natatorium. what is a pity for me. what about you?do you like swimming? can you swim well? thank you very much.

i like to swim because it is a one way of good exercise and it also helps us to strengthen our body immune systems in the coming diseases like colds and flu. and it is good for our respiratory systems this will give us more actively and energetic people and this will eliminates sprains and lack of nerves in different parts of our body.

Swimming can be a good passive exercise. It is one of the best forms of exercises that you can do. I used to swim a lot when I was a child and even for many years after that. Now we seem to be so busy that we don't go swimming all that much. That has to do with work plus our small farm keep me pretty much occupied. In the summer months, we might go swimming in the afternoon. The local pool has a bit of covering, so we don't need to worry about the sun or getting sunburnt. But it relaxes us a lot, so this is why we tend to go. Also it relieves the tired muscles from all the work on the farm. With your ears, you should see a Doctor. There have been many advances in recent years and besides wearing a swimming cap, you can also get special ear plugs for swimming. The other thing is that they can fit things call grommets into your ears. They drain the water out of the ear, so that means no pain for you. It is worth considering doing something like these things, as you will enjoy being in the water more.

I am not a good swimmer at all and don't care to swim .I can swim but if the water is over my head I panic and then can't swim at all . I am very nervous of the water and although I loved to go to the beach and jump in the water when I was younger , this is not something I do anymore . I find the water too cold even on the hottest days . We got a pool for our children and I thought I would go swimming more if we had a pool but I got it a couple of years ago and still haven't been in it as of yet . I do go to the beach though with the children and they like to jump in the water and it cools them off and usually at the beach there is a bit of wind so it is not as hot as if we had stayed home .

i love to go swimming i havent been swimming for a long time though. i dont feel comfortable swimming in public areas where all the people are watching you and judgeing you in your suit. i can swim very well at least i could last time i went. I learned how to swim in a ver very deap pond when i was about 4 years old. my mother and father took me out in the middle on a raft and i think i fell in i "think" i did and it was pretty much learn or drown. I have heard sonce then that it was the way my family tought their children how to swim but my mother still says that that day was an accident and i fell in that they didnt do that to the kids untill they were 9 years old. and things like that usualy tramatise children but not me i loved the water from then on in i love to be in it it has such a free felling to it.

It's normal to have water in ear. I usually get it out by keep on jumping on one foot, with my head tilted in such a way that, my water-filled ear facing the ground. It's very effective to get rid of the water :) There is a saying, if you got the determination, you could turn stone into gold. If you keep on taking the challenge, you will master the skill finally. For me, I know how to swim and it's really fun. That's why I will encourage to continue learning. You won't regret it :)

I love swimming I literally learned it by drowning! I've always loved water, and even before I could swim I'd throw myself into any swimming pools, so my mom had to keep an eye on me, I learn how to swim like a dolphin first, no, no with those fast speeds and incredible jumps, but only swimming underwater and coming up for air. Then I eventually started to dog paddle, and now I can swim with no hands, I put my hands next to my body and just swim with my feet, I noticed that my friends couldn't do it when they tried, they'd start to sink. Why don't you try going to a swimming school, and have professionals try to teach you? As to your ear problem, I knew a girl with the same problem, it was even dangerous for her to shower, but she fixed that by using ear plugs designed for preventing water getting into your ears. The most important thing when trying to swim is not to panic, if you fall into a pool and start to panic and someone tries to rescue you you and the person trying to rescue you might drown. That's why they say if you rescue someone you should rescue them from behind as they tend to grab onto you and pull you under in an attempt to get above water. A good thing to learn in water is how to float on your back, like that when you feel tired, you float on your back to regain your energies. Sorry if I went a bit of what you asked. I swim quite well but I get tired very easily, and I get scared in the sea as I start imagining all the things that might be swiming beneath me... no ones perfect! I'm sure you have things you are very good at that others aren't!

I love swimming. I have a swimming pool at my housing area. However, I have not been going there since my baby was born in April. I am waiting for the baby to grow for a few months than I am going to take him with me to the pool. that would be fun!

hi laiyongjun you know what i too cant swim. hehehe. but i enjoyed going into the water. you are lucky u father took u to learn swimming in my family they would scold me in such a way on raising the word itself. my mother never wanted me to get into the water as she always thought it was too dangerous for me. though i would not listen to them and quietly go to the club swimming pool with all my friends. there we found a lady who kept an eye on us. one day we decided to ask her if she could teach us the art to swim. but among 4 of us only one could learn swimming before my family came to know about it. i always wished i could swim.

I love swimming and had a pool most of my childhood. When we got our own house I was adamant about having a pool! Now that I've moved again and am renting I am dying without one!!! I'm seriously thinking of just biting the bullet and buying one to put up for the summers. I was a lifeguard my Senior year of high school so I guess I'm pretty good at swimming although now that I'm a bit older and heavier I can guarantee I couldn't keep up with the best of them! LOL Oh well.. now I can swim at a slow pace and just enjoy it! Right?

I just love swimming on a hot summer day. I am not rally a good swimmer, but I try. We did at one tme have a swimming pool in our back yard but over the years we took it out. It just cost to much money to run it. I go to our city pool, it is a large pool for all ages with 2 water slides,a lazy river ride. I just cant wait to go.

I Love to swim and I consider myself a good swimmer. My parents were also good swimmers and I learned with them. I learned very early too. MY little cousins learned even earlier than me, I remember the youngest one with 18 months and he was already able to swim almost by himself. He use to go with us in the beach. The water was up to our chest so it was several times his height, and he was there with us with no problem just with two little buoys around his arms. I know some people that don't feel well swimming even if they know how. THey just don't feel well in the water no matter what. I respect that, there are many places that I don't feel comfortable too. But not the water :):):)

dam it man am afraid of swimming really thats the gospel truth. what me swim although i do try to practise it by putting my head in the water for some seconds and may be minutes. but to tell u the reality am afaid of swimming expecially when i heard that some people do drown in the water. infact some people are brave to the extent that they swim in the river which is very delicate. i cant to be sincere.
