Sea in the summer is better I thought because there you don't need anything you even can go in the water with no close (that is little stupid but is fact that can be done it) In mountain you need to pay a lot first for a ski rent, next for the lift cart and because is winter you need to spend around 100$ to buy big close so it is not cold to you.
