For such a long time i told myself, " i'll never get ahead, i've got 5 kids, bad credit, and no savings. Noone will ever help me" And you know what?, for such a long time i did not get ahead. my negative self talk and listening to my parents "VICTIM" comments, was keeping me in a world of misery. But then, i have not analysed it, for some reason, a little light switched on inside me. and you can ask my wife, i became, and still am the most disgustingly positive person i have ever met. i started asking why not? not why, i started to relace my negative self talk with images of wellness and abundance. and now, not 2 years later, i have a home. well the bank does, you know what i mean. so i feel i want to help people. so if you are ready to break the pathetic, depressing and ignorant mould {and yes i spelt that correctly} and are prepared to stop justifying your lack of ambition, drive, goals, or "luck", then i want to hear from you. i want 20 people who do not meet the banks requirements but want to but their own home. i'm only starting out, so at this stage Australia residents only. this is not a charity, and like the banks i have criteria, but mine are very very different. i will check this page every night and respond to you; but you must have 1. regular income 2. ability to scrape up $10,000 3. and a hard luck story better than mine. this must be your first home, so property investors and scammers, dont bother. i'm not a skinny computer nerd that hides behind a screen.if you waste my time, i'll waste more than yours. this is a genuine attempt to change peoples lives. and be prepared to meet me face to face if i decide you fit the bill. 20 only.
