do you still say the word "i love you" to your parents?

when i was kid, i often say i love you to my parents.. i often show them how much i love them, but when i reached the age of 13 to 18 even if i do love them i dont say it anymore, its like im shy. but then i once talked to my friend, and her father died and she said her biggest regret was she didnt had the chance to show him how she loved him,he even seldom say i love you to him, and because of that, its like a wake up call, now i often say i love you to my parents thru txt messages and when we talked to the phone and when they visit us i get to the point of showing how special they are. how about you? how often do you say how much you love your parents? do you still do say it?
