Really urgent - A person need a KIDNEY - Plz Help

Really one of my relative is now suffering from the last stage, she has lost her both kidneys, Doctor's saying that if u can arrange one kidney, she can be removed from the last stage..... Plz help,,if u or any of ur knowing person can do? Plz reply or mail me on : sunil.langeh@gmail.com thanks
