How to get referrals?

Hi I was wondering where a good place to get active referrals? I have been purchasing them of from ebay but none of mine seem to be active. So I was curious if anyone had any ideas on where to get some active referrals.

You can get referrals by posting it at adzoo.com or adzoos.co. Im not sure which is the correct one. You can send e-mail to 1000s. not sure if it works but worth a try....
