if you live here in the US you can definitely go to court and seek for child support my husband x-wife is paying child support to him coz hes child lives w/ us so she has an obligation to pay but since my husband is earning more money than her she only pay $66 every 2 weeks thats including what she owe him for back child support after she left, but i know theres no such law there in the philippines like here, you can just try to talk to your x husband to help you out coz if he really care for his child he should be obligated to give a support no matter how much he can.

yes, we do have it here in the philippines too. it is a criminal case for a partner not to be responsible with the child's welfare but sad to say, some cases could be dismissed without any justification which is i am afraid of. i do not know where my ex is right now, wheather he already left in the states or still here. i already filed a case but he chose to ignore it. i thouht of sending a letter to the secretary of any state in america just to make myself heard. is it possible? i am so desperate..

if you know which state here in the US his at you could probably file there coz every state here has different law and im not sure if your x is american or filipino, if you already file the case i think the court should issue a restraining order for him not to get out of the country, why don't you request that.

right.. in my own understanding i have all the leverage in this case. but the reason why i feel so frustratied bec. my ex's father is a lawyer here but now based in arizona. i just really do not know why they never care to show up last hearing at the court where in fact, the case i filed is a heavy one, it's a criminal case. hwere in he could be arrested/ deported/ or hold or whatever since he is guilty already in this .. but i just dont know why, as if they're so unaffected by the "criminal case" i filed. i wish i have connections in the state of arizona. could you help me?
