Do you filter your water by using water purifier or buying purified water from water station? Or just drinking water direct from the faucet? We know that sometimes our water is not safe to drink specially here in the Philippines, the pipes and the sewerage system is not that good. Maybe you have just heard about the news that someone died and murdered found in the water tank. We really don't know if the water we take is really safe. So I have these water purifier that purify before drinking. And I can see really the dirt that stick on the white filter like a color mocha or rust. And I can't imagine the dirt coming from the water.
How about you do use water purifier?
Thanks for sharing In advance.

We don't have water purifier in our house. I would love to have them but unfortunately we're not able to have one. I'm aware of those dirts we can get from water. We drink the water directly from a truck which delivers it in our place. Sad to hear this things but it's true. I just hope we don't get sick of it.

Oh yeah, I should really get one of those. In my region, the water is hard, it has calcar in it, and by drinking it, in time you can have problems with your kidneys. That's why I usually drink bottled water, even though I'm a little skeptical about it (I believe it's just tap water bottled, and not some filtratred mineral water).

Hi lyn! I agree with you.It is very difficult to find pure water for drinking these days.So the usage of a water purifier or medicines for purificaion is advisable.

I come from the UK and I use a water filter. I don't like drinking water straight from the tap. I live in a hard water area. Also sometimes the water looks a bot cloudy if it is not filtered.

I use a home water purifier. I have bought bottle water but costing a dollar a bottle that can be expensive. Buying your own home purifier can save alot of money. Even with the cost of filters it is still cheaper than bottle water. I will not drink water straight from the tap. It is amazing the dirt and minerals in water.

We don't drink the water from our tap so we don't use a water purifier but I had got one years ago when we were renting and ended up giving it to my dad as they had one and they could be linked together somehow to do a better job .
I have a water cooler and we either buy the water or we fill it up at a nearby place that has really good water and this is what we use to drink . It is good because the cooler always keeps it cold and you although it is a nuisance having to go for water all the time , at least I know the water is good whereas I am not so sure the water that comes out of our tap is all that healthy .

Hello, lynboobsy,I do not use any water purifiers,i will just boil the tap water in the kettle and drink it then. I think the germs would be killed after boiling and it will be safe to consume,I am not sure whether the purifier really works but I think the tap water in Australia is clean,I do not drink water directly from the faucet because the water is always very cold,i prefer to drink warm water especially in the winter time.

Hi lynboobsy! i agree with you, our water here in our place is completely untrustful, specially here in the subdivision i live, our water here is what we called deepwell, the water that comes out in our faucet is so unhealthy to drink, like what you said its mocha color or rust is like giving us a warning not to use it if we still want to live, hahaha. We only use it for washing our clothes yet we have to check if the water is clear before we start, though there are also time that the water is clear but not as clear as the water in the DAM, that's why we buy purified water to use it for cooking and most of all for drinking, i cant trust my health nor my familys health to the kind of water we have here..

yes we use filter in our because now a days theres a lot germs and bacteria are widely spreading now in water that can cause diarrhea and other vowel problems. that's why we put this filter in order to minimize the treat of disease in our family. because our water today is very contaminated with different germs and other micro organisms. it is important to prevent than to cure the threatening diseases in our house.

water is an indespensible factor of our life...not only drinking water but water used for other purposes sud also be clean and purified..indian citizens also suffer from defficiency of purified drinking water..
water taken from underground water resources tube well contains mixed with slime and mud...so we need to purify the water either by boiling,or using water purifiers...without boiling or purifing it becomes quite unhygenic to drink which might cause several diseases..so we often use well branded "aqua guard'"..

No but I buy mineral water to the nearby mineral Water Station. It is important to drink this water...and I prefer the ozonized one because it makes you smarter...this is highly recommended in a third world country like Philippines so that those people will become a lot smarter....and will be able to organize themselves properly and make their country a lot cleaner too...by starting with themselves...taking a bath every day....applying skinoll to their faces...and become pokpoks at the malls...more farangs will visit...more money and honey

Yes, we use Brita. It's a pitcher that has a filter in the middle.
We used to have purified water delivered but their service is so lousy like delivering so late, the containers are leaky, etc, so we decided to just buy our own purifier.
I think we're also able to save money now that we have our own purifier.

Before too also we bought purified water in a station for my kids for their milk etc. But I total the cost for the week It's very expensive plus we have to pay for the water bills. So when I saw the product I bought It and for a contstant care and cleaning it will last.

Although the potable water in Davao City touted as one of the best potable waters based on a study by the American Waterworks Association, I remain to be health-conscious in whatever ways I can specially using water coming from the faucet. It's always safe to boil the water before use. I also consume purified/distilled water bought from water stations which I think is the safest and cleanest water to drink so far.

I do not have to filter the water that comes out from my tap at home. In fact, I can drink the water straight from the tap if I wish, although I still boil it first just to play safe. This is in case the water tank or some of the pipes that carry the water are corroded.
