Hi linz. I'm currently reading "The Secret" which my friend lend to me. I'm on my second chapter and it was like a self help book that teach you to stay positive about all the aspects of our life. There is also a chapter about focusing on healthy eating too.
I honestly don't know if what the book stated are accurate or not. Looks too complicated for me to do and follow. But nothing wrong in giving it a try.

None ever changed my life.
A few have changed my thoughts, some have reached out and others have touched me and make me see things more clearly but nothing that has changed my life.
But those are movies with the idea of helping us understand.

I had seen many movies who has the power to change one's attitude and personality whole upside down. They are some indian movies based on freedom fighting, love and relationships!!
I get inspiered by them I enthusiastically follow them....but only for couple of weeks after that back to routine..:P
he he ..! I keep changing !!
Means I can be a good girl one day and also a bad girl on the next day!! :)
So one can change me ..but that change cannot remain for whole of the life ..:)
Till today nothing changed me!!And I don't know about the future!
He he !!

My old attitude has come back. When I was in high school I was so stuck-up. Most of my classmates were aloof and some of them were actually a little bit intimidated by me because I was very blunt and strict. But as I grew older--and smarter--I got to improve my attitude. I became more friendly and calm.
However, lately I watched this movie from the Philippines "You are the One" and I was so amused by the character of Sally, the lead actress and I thought it was kinda cute. Unaware of it I got to revive my old me :(
I want to reverse the effect. I want to watch a movie that will undo it. Any recommendation?

Two things did it for me linz, and they are very similar in content - the DVD "The Secret" and a book called "The Celestine Prophecy". They both talk about being positive in everything we do or think, and how the mind can be so powerful, we don't realize it's potential. We can achieve anything we want just by the power of positive thinking. Amazing! Try to get hold of The Secret at least, it will blow your mind.
