I have a big hair loss problem for long time. I can rebember I asked so many people about this problem but no one could give a real solution. Is it possible to stop this problem completely? I have been in different countries different time for my job and spent several months there but this prolem was with me always. All these different weather or water, food-nothing can change this. I have also tried number of shapoo brands but I cant remember any of them was very successful. I heard once that evryday we lose atleast 100 hair but that is not a problem as more than that grows everyday too. In my case I probably lose 10X100 everyday. I dont want to use any medication though!

I started losing my hair a few years back and it hasn't really bothered me to be honest. I usually just shave my head right down until the hair I have left is really short. I've seen a bunch of hair restoration items on the market but have never used any of them so don't know if they work or not.

I like to have lots of hair and I have actually very thick hair. I am worried as I love my hair.I dont want to use those hair regain thing and those all are enriched with so much chemicals...that will affect the quality of my hair. I try to keep them as much chemical free as possible.

I won't suggest any medications to you. One of my colleagues is also having the same problem and he is also of the same age as you are. Its all in gentics and you inherit it from you parents / grand parents. Try applying coconut oil on daily basis. It"ll strengthen your hair and stop from falling as the oil strengthen the hair from root.

Are u a man? sorry i did not check out your profile. Maybe it is in your genes that you will get bald. Check your family lineage.. it runs in the family. As for me, i have a hair loss problem too,i do not think its very serious although maybe i should. everytime i comb theres so many hairs left on the comb, even if i used large bristle comb. When i swept the floor there are lots of hairs too. But my head is not balding yet. There are laser treatment for hair loss , maybe you want to try or just use any hair loss control shampoo like Pantene.
