What I do to some anti Human Rights Traditions?

In my village in Nigeria,Africa, they have a tradition that says you most undergo certain rituals before you'd be considered a Man. During the period of their festivities, you are not permited to walk outside unless you've done the initiation they call tradition. I think freedom of association is one of my basic Human Rights? What can I do to battle this devilish tradition? No one has acctually stood up against it and those who did,are seen as enemies of the tradition. PLEASE HELP.
