Are you a Call Center Agent?

Hi!! I ve been with this industry for almost 4 years already and god know how many call center ive worked with. Currently am employed at a financial firm as financial services representative. I know that at first it will be soooo hard but trust me as soon as you get to know how the system works then you'll be fine. Good thing about this indistry is it's a high paying job compare to other fields.

hi geejoy.. i am working as an agent just months now.. its fun and challenging to work in the industry like ours.. sometimes we are stressed and got hurt of the F words but we have to deal with that.. we must enjoy this work.. when i call globe customer service hotline, i try to understand when they can't readily give me what i need.. sometimes the system bags down and all we can do is apologize to the customers.. i try to understand these agents cause i am one of them too.. you know what ive learned? i learned to be patient and more understanding.. most of all, i learned how to speak english!!! hahaha good luck and God bless to all of us agents!!!
