When dealing an irritated customer, I used to hear what they were saying and I never tried to make any excuse or to let my feeling involved. Otherwise, they're going to be more irritated. After a customer had done with their words, I tried to ask a few questions in order to clarify a situation. If a problem is simple and it is within my knowledge, I use to solve it as soon as possible. But if a problem is complicated, I'll tell them to review their case first and call them back after getting more information. How about you?

many customers might be irate but taking the right attiude might help to encounter them efficiently.whatever happens just take it as a job, always be conscious that u r there to solve customer problems, deal with them patiently and even if they behave badly dont take it to ur head. u have nothing to do with their behaviour. just take a deep breathe andattend the next one.
