Personally, I think the iPhone is way too trendy. Pretty soon, every jerk and his grandma will own one. I'd much rather have something different.

im not a fan of the iphone. and no i wont be switchin to get one. i just think its a overpriced ipod.

I had the chance to play with one this weekend, it was pretty cool. But the price tag is way too much for what it is...and AT&T sux. If it was cheaper, say, $299, I might buy one, but there's going to be all sorts of competition right now. And there's an open-source iPhone copy coming out called the OpenMoko Neo1973...that thing is going to have all sorts of linux support, so yeah it might be a while.
