Depression, anyone?

I'm recently 21, just finished High school (at home). My fiance and I just bought our first house last November. I haven't had a job outside of the home since last March because My fiance and I thought it best to stay home and finish my schooling. I don't really have any friends, and talking to my Fiance is almost obsolete. He plays on the computer all night. Sometimes I think I'm going crazy. Does anyone else have the same issue? No human interaction, and just feeling blah everyday? I wake up and it's like, I don't want to get out of bed. I just no that theres nothing interesting going on, so what's the point?
