youless pretty much summed up a good one. Plain water also cleans out the human system, & therefore, it is also healthier. IN addition, I would add that taking long walks also helps. The first 20 minutes of steady walking will burn sugar & helps in blodd-sugar level, reducing the chance of diabetes. Then after the 20 minutes, if you keep going, you then start burning fat to help reduce weight. Another suggestion is, maybe take up martial arts as a work-out. Not only would it be a good work-out, you'll also be able to defend yourself.

When you skip meals, your blood sugar levels fluctuate and your body goes into reserve mode. Over time this can mess up one's metabolism and make it slow down instead of burning calories normally as it should (you'll definitely regret that when you hit your 40's). I like the eating 5-6 small meals, no more than 3 hours between them, (Keeping the calorie intake between 1200-1500). This keeps the sugar leveled out and the body from going into reserves mode. Drinking plenty of water, taking multi-vitamin and walking. Whenever I first start doing this, I lose anywhere from 10-15 pounds within 2-3 weeks, then it will taper off to about 2 lbs a week.

That is what I do. Eat 5-6 small meals and eat more fruits and vegetables. I usually go to the gym twice a week.

Depend on whether you have the budget or not ... the fast way will be to go to sliming centre whereby they had treatment and take down your reading everytime ... or else try execrise , it had been the best way and the way that maintains your weight yea

you would have to spend at least 30 minutes doing some form of aerobic exercise (walking, jogging, swimming, running, dancing... anythings that increases your heart rate and makes you sweat) for four to five days a week. If you want major weight loss then you have to do some strength exercises every other day, in addition to your cardio quota.

Eating lots of food can gain weight easily. Try this way, when you feel like eating, then please drink lots of water instead of foods or snacks. When you are full, perhaps you won't want to eat any more. Eat vegetables than meats. Do more exericises. I hope this can help you. Good luck!

WEll as far as i know slimming center is the best way or else you have to exercise but exercise will take most of your time , so you better go to slimming center and one more thing there are also belts available which can reduce the size of tummy , but i recommend to dont use any of those products as most of them have dangerous side effects ,

I suggest that you increase your intake of fresh vegetables. I, too, have sweet tooth but when I made a resolution to eat fresh salad for lunch everyday, my cravings lessened and come afternoon I wasn't even hungry for a snack (which was very unusual considering my appetite). The fiber in the veggies keep you full long after you've finished eating, and even if you eat a large amount, your calorie intake is kept at a minimum. My salad consisted of sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, shredded cabbage and romaine lettuce. I used vinaigrette dressing (to save on calories). The downside to this approach was that I was kept up on most nights preparing the salad (I am single and I live independently so I have no one to help me out on this). In a month, though, my officemates saw the difference. And that was even without the aid of exercise! :) Hope you can reach your HEALTHY goal weight. Just remember not to be so hard on yourself if it's taking a long time to get there.
