annoying people...buzz off please.

I know some people who cant just get any clue at all and still do what he/she is doing unconsciouly or are they just pretending not to see it and still keeps to annoy me or other people knowingly, like those kind of people that you give them a hint that your not interested talking to them but they still keep on contacting or talk to you in one way or another. Most annoying people really gets in other people's nerves. Iam sure you have encountered people like these, what do you do about it? Was there a point in time where you actually tell them straight that they annoy you?
