wierd ...my friend's yahoo mail folders are suddently empty

my friend has yahoo account since years now suddenly all mail folders are empty...do you know what is the solution? has any one faced this problem?

it must be hacked or either he/she made mistake while configuration with outlook, yeah did your friend tried to use yahoo from outlook? then it can be the case..

Now that is strange. Has your friend log in every day? or did someone hacked the account I have never had any problems but I would advice to change the passwords in case someone got ahold of it.
