children younger than 11 should not cycle on roads in traffic .arrange for your child to have cycle trainning before he starts on the roads.make sure ur child can been wen riding his bike.he shd have a helmet to protect his head.maintain the bike in good working order.

i my country, licence will not be given to children less than 18 years and impose fines, helmet is cmpulsory
