You have to experience many many many heartaches before you eventually meet your Mr sooooooo good guy. There is no one particular good remedy for mending a broken heart. It will heal by itself when someone really sweep your feet away. So don't go and see a doctor, for a heart ailment needs another heart to repair in love!

tamskie, I am sorry to hear that you have a broken heart. The best ways to mend a broken are going out/stay active, workout, go to the salon, go shopping, pray, and the sure thing is time. Reject is sometimes good because maybe you have to be available for someone or something better dont close you heart because usually something better comes along but you have to be available to accept it. forgive the person but do not forget.
