Upon receiving your salary, what's the first thing you spend on?

Unfortunately, right now my salary has to pay all of the bills, so that is the first thing that gets paid when I get paid. Usually if there is something that I really want, I buy it with my credit card, but then that's another bill that my salary has to pay.

Our checks are automatically put in our checking account and we have a few bill that come out automatically too. Bills always come first...and that includes groceries as far as I'm concerned LOL :) Then if we have money left over we get things we might want of just save it back. It's actually about the time of the year I start saving for Christmas. I like to start saving and buying early in order not to have to put anything on the credit card.

We usually put all of our money into our bank account, and from there we pay rent, buy groceries, and pay bills. After that, there usually isn't anything left.

Paying the bills has always been first and foremost. Once the monthly bills are paid then comes the shopping, and if we do actually have any money left over them we usually try to save some so we can pay the bills in the future

Well I usually pay my utilities bill as soon as I get my salary. After that do a lot of shopping, go for a movie and yes I do save some money.

pay my debts first then allocate a budget for allowance and then buy loads of anime dvd :)
