Classes are now fast approaching! In fact, my classes start tomorrow! I just want to ask...
Will it be a hindrance for you to participate here in mylot?
How can you cope up with it?I think for me, it will be a bit hindrance because I'm a college student. And being a volunteer, I got many on my plates now.
How about you? How can you manage your time while schooling and mylotting?

No, I can't because the school does not allow us to do so. We can only use the computers during hands-on activities. Besides, the computer don't have internet connection! Only the offices of the school like Cashier's, Director's, Registrar's and so on....But no need, I am always online here at home and all my sessions are afternoon. :-)

Hello. I am not a student anymore but I work in school as a preschool teacher and our class started today already..we have the same prob as to where will i put the time to mylotting since in the evening, there are still works to do.though i can just do it at home but my prob is the time...what i did was when i went home, i immediately open the site.after dinner, i do the things i need to accomplish and i go back to mylotting again until the time i have to stop because it's sleeping time...mylotting has become a part of my system and schedule because i enjoyed doing it.goodluck

For me it's the opposite as well; I'm finishing school is less than two weeks.
During the school year, though, I still manage to go on mylot for about 1 hour a day. Since most of my homework is done on the computer anyway, it's convenient to multi-task between mylot and homework.

My classes will start 7 days from now. With my course taken (IT course), I think there will be lots of works to be done, which is mostly researching. So, maybe I can spare some time to check myLot too.
Thanks for you comment....

Yes I think it will be a hindrance for me :( I'll end up surfing the net a lot and replying to post. Although I don't post much but reading the posts also takes time.
I think I'll have to stop mylotting when school starts in August. Otherwise I'll suffer in my studies and that ain't gonna be nice because my education is sponsored. I don't want to end up paying tons because I did not do well in it. :(
Please give some tips on how you cope with it too...

My school has been out since mid-May, and will be until September. Until then, I'll have plenty of time to go on myLot should I desire to.
As for this fall, well... I'll be studying abroad in Japan this fall, so I know I'll be busy even if I'm not attending classes. There'll be people to meet, studying to do, shrines to visit, karaoke bars to enjoy, and so on. ;) So my schooltime will definitely hinder my time on myLot, because it will hinder my time online as a whole!
I won't mind then, though. And even so I'm sure I'll find at least a little time each day to get online.
