what on earth we should learn from college?and how?

i am a junior in a obscure college,i feel i learn nothing but knownledge though studying hard,i donnot know what ability i should have when taking part in the real society,ability of communion? or tackle issues? or manage a team? and how can i get them? i am toally confused.Help me!

I'm italian and here there is the same problem. All what you learn is theoretical but not pratical. When you'll work you will learn the rest. It's a problem of bad organization I think that could and should be solved...but who knows when...
