The kids are home for a holiday, what snacks have you planned?

In the USA, we have a 1-2+ month vacation from school for the children during summer. Have you a snack plan for such a long time? Ice pops, ice cream, cookies, carrots and celery sticks, etc.? Mine can snack from day to night and still have meals!
What healthy (if possible) snacks are on your holiday/vacation shopping list?

I don't plan snacks.
I just pick things up when I go and it's a fun way because you never know what you'll end up having and you could always surprise yourself.
Sometimes I have a clue though.

Must be nice, my niece has a 3 month vacation. Yeah long break this year. Thankfully the rec center near us has a camp for Monday through Friday for 7 weeks of it. It's $30 a week and it starts at 7:30am and goes till 5:30pm, it keeps her busy.
The rest of the time is up to us. We have right now snack wise ice pops, the cheap freezer pops that have very little calories, we also have pretzels. My niece will not eat vegetables normally but she will eat grapes on occassion. We go shopping next week and we'll try to find some more snacks that are healthy that she'll eat. Not always easy but we try.
