Do you practice a sport or exercise??

I exercise daily - I enjoy walking, aerobics and pilates. I used to ice skate, did a bit of ballet and gymnastics while in school as well as tennis. I'd like to learn how to golf. How about you?

I chase kids...that is a continual exercise....LOL I have a 5 yr. old and 2 of my grandchildren living at my house at this time...so between them and their needs....the cooking, cleaning, taking care of our small farm....I stay very physically active....LOL I hope that you are having a good weekend, my friend.

sport or exercise? aren't they just the same? isn't it that sport is a form of exercise? i used to play a lot of pingpong during college. and i just miss playing it.

Well, I ride my horse, I used to do mountain biking till my bike broke. I walk in the woods. Golf is a good walk ruined. And having worked on a golf course, I forced to the opinion that golfers are the scum of the earth. Maybe different stateside. all the best urban

Wow horse riding - I miss that...I haven't done it in years. Walking in the woods sounds great too - very refreshing types of exercising :)!

i like taking good care of my body, too and I practice running, aerobics and pilates..so we have much in common..I did a bit of artistic gymnastic while being a child and I tried to ice skating once or twice but I am better at falling then at skating!!! and i love swimming and therefore I am longing for going to beach and swimming in the sea..I love sea and I cannot imagine my life without the sea!!! I started pilates this very year and I am in love with it..so powerful and so relaxing, too!! it is great, indeed

oh I completely forgot adding...that I love dancing..each kind of music but above all I love dancing latin dances like salsa, bachata, and merengue..just went out dancing on friday night and it was wonderful

Yessssssssss, I love pilates - it strenghtens and tones my body without stressing it but in fact I feel energized and relaxed at the same time. OMG - I love dancing as well; in fact I learned classical and contemporary dance but, unfortunately don;t get to practice anymore as much as I would like. I bet the salsa gave you a good exercise this weekend as well as have great fun at the same time - my favorite way to keep in shape ;)! All the best!

I play tennis for 2 hours twice a week. It's the only sport I'm good at, sadly, though I used to play basketball in elementary school.

Oh...I so love tennis but don;t get to play anymore!!! You enjoy every minute of it - it is one of my favorite sports to practice as well as follow.

I am not a big exerciser. I mostly cut back on snacks and a lot of garbs. Like tonight I ate a pork chop with mix vegetables. I need to walk though and drink a lot of water. I hate to feel like I am starved and I don't think it's very good for the stomach to skip meals. So far, I think my method is quite effective!
