Okay we both know each of these juices is healthy, but for the matter of satisfying your palette after a good night's (or day's) sleep, which is preferred?sharing the light,

What about not just straight tomatoes, lets say you add celery, carrots, beets and watercress ? almost like a v8 but without the preservatives or salt . . . The lots of fruit plan you have going is very healthy and true, you are getting a sufficient amount of vitamin c so this seems purely a matter of taste.
Thank you for sharing.

I'm allergic to tomatoes...and if I drink to much {more than a class} of orange juice or an orange it hurts my stomach....but lol really it doesn't matter I'm allergic to everything anyway, so bumps,, stomachache or not I still will eat tomatoes and drink orange juice. I like orange juice much better than tomatoes.
Lately I have been working on my health, because I have chronic fatigue syndrome, and I'm not as health as I'd like to be {which is my fault really} but I've been working on ways to improve my health, vitamin C is for sure a great way to improve ones health.

Hey jessy,
Try eating according to your specific blood type. Read Peter D'Amo 's book on Eating According to your BloodType and find out if you can curb the allergic reactions occuring in your body to foods you should not be ingesting.

Neither right now.
I don't like tomato juice at all though.
I've been taking a great multi-vitamin lately to pick up the vitamin c I've been missing since I'm not drinking my glass of orange juice before I leave for work.

I take my multi-vitamin and other supplements, including Activia for another 14 day period, before I go to sleep following a rule a friend advised me of that the nutrients build up over night in the dormant-state and when we arise, fufill us and provide eight hours of serious ENERGY !
Which multivitamin are you highly recommending? Just curious . . . and thank you for your post.

I prefer tomato juice, in fact I love it. But I buy orange juice more. My husband prefers oj and doesn't like tomato juice, I like them both so I compromise more.

Now, do you like both juices, or you like your husband enough to buy more often the oj? lol I appreciate your response, thank you.

For me i don't care Vitamin c in my body.Because i love to eat all the fresh vegetables and fruits.I love to eat the raw ones.Tomatoes, oranges, cucumbers, even eggplants i like to eat raw one, watermelons, bananas and so on.Just for tomato and orange juice,i prefer orange juice.Though i don't like to drink any juice.I like to drink milk ,coffee and cool water. And i taste tomato juice not good really. If add a little honey will much better.Good luck!^^

Raw vegetables do make the best appetizers and munchie food when potato chips and pretzels just don't seem to satisfy the palatte ! Never had tomato juice with honey, that sounds interesting.
