From the ground up A winners guide to Casino Craps is the title of my book. The introduction By definition what is gambling anyways it is a bet one places to get more back then what was origionally placed. This is the whole purpose for those fine brick and mortor buildings. Now that we have identified a rather obvious topic of who we are generally betting against we have to realize that they always have the advantage in random betting and distribution. This means that any game that does not involve skill in it the house has a permanent fixed advantage. This is called VIG or what has to be overcome in order for the house to win. Take a simple coin flip for example in a casino the house will pay either outcome heads or tails 95 per cent of what they bet. Paying out 1.95 giving the house an advantage of 5 percent. This means no matter what that there is a fixed vig on the game that house will eventually grind you down to nothing if you played this continously if the coin was thrown randomly each time you would eventually lose. The casino has games similar to this all over the casino, look at Roulette if the wheel is in perfect shape and it is random and you bet red and black guessing where it is going to go you will end a long term loser, because you are against more than just the other black or red numbers you are fighting the zero's and that little advantage is going to be used to take all of your money. So betting randomly in this game will not work, we have to record data dealer signatures ball release points, and most important we have to figure out where the wheel bias lies. Those would be the numbers that hit more frequently then the other numbers. This all takes two things that most players don't even care to bother messing with these two things are time and patience. You strike when the odds are in your favor to win, even in random distribution let's say you waited for 8 reds in a row then bet black everytime your win ratio would be more than 50% in a randomly occuring wheel. If the bet does not win you wait for another opportunity. You don't make chase bets because you are not getting the same value on your chase bet therefore it decreases your odds. This is just basic knowledge. I would be more than happy to email you the first chapter of my book in full if you send a request to jlnoble240@yahoo.com ask for the first chapter of my book. I thought I would be able to paste the information on this site but I will gladly give you the information as promised. Trust me the information is a alot better than what I am typing.
