It's all about getting the RIGHT people on the bus. For starters, let me state that I'm not one for self-help books and this is NOT a self-help book. But it was just so mind-blowing to see in print the very things that I believe in or subscribe to. Do you have egocentric people who've always been moving things on their own agenda as opposed to the organizational purpopse? When you bring them into a project, their foremost question is "Ok, what's in it FOR ME?" And when things go wrong, they're so quick to point fingers instead of moving things along? This book reveals two things (1) what's a great leader? (2) what're the kind of people you need on your team? Have you read this lately?
