My friend from Mylot was having problems now I am having problems.

The problem is , let me warn you it is not from Mylot. it is my computer? I always delete cookies after so many files. Because If I don't my computer slows down and start acting up. I notice when I am on Mylot for hours, this happens. I thought it was from, Ny Space, because my Grandsons are alway on My space, and I notice it asts up from that too. I always half to scan when I download anything. well I think I have this Maliware, I might be saying the word wrong, correct me if I am. What ever thing virus is I can't get it off my computer, It keeps blinking it is shape like a Triangle with Exclamtion in the center of triangle and it keeps blinking. I can't delete anything when scanning. guess what why I was typing in all this information, something popped up saying sign into account? maybe I need to do this. I will try it. Spylock, have you ever heard of this?

Is it your updates for your computer?? that is a yellow kind of square box with an exclaimation in the box?? Have you checked to see if your Microsoft updates has been done to your computer?? When it is downloading them it does slow your computer down, quite a bit.

I think she's talking about a rogue antispyware product called Spylock, which frightens inexperienced users into buying their bogus product by installing "ransomware" on their machine. MS Updates usually show up in a yellow shield, rather than a blinking, yellow triangle. Salute!

Hi. Lorie, I think Santi knows what he is talking about. unwanted they keep wanted you to buy Spylock, and won't let you get it off coumputer. My computer guy came over and deleted it and got it off it came right back. so I can't scan computer. I won't let anything past it. I half to call him back out. Thanks for replying.

I think it is malware (adware) that the real name for your trouble.Actually it bother with your system.To remove it find a software like spyware doctor or Adware SE.That will get rid that.What antivirus software did you use because certain software may remove that "thing".If you have any question mail me ok.

Honey, go download crap cleaner at www.ccleaner.com. Use it at least once a day after browsing and you will be fine.
And go scan your computer at housecall.trendmicro.com , then download spybot at www.safer-networking.org/en/download and run it occasionally.
If you are using Windows, patch your machine using Internet Explorer, Windows Update.
If you do all this, your computer will be fine. Trust me, I am a geek.

This computer is so old. so you say I should go to windows update and update so things. I did see were I had to update 4 things. I have a windows 98 this computer is so old.

Glad to see ypou got things sorted.
I'm not computer minded and it's a real pain when things go wrong as I have to wait for someone to sort them out for me!
