There's a new thing called paid to surf, have you heard of it?

I read about a new type of program called "paid to surf", and I was wondering, does anyone know if it's legitimate or for real. I checked out the site, but didn't know whether to trust them or not. I'm not sure what kind of work is involved; something to do with surfing ads and clicking on email links. Does this sound familiar? Does anyone have any experience with gettng paid by this type of scheme.
