To be honest i would buy neither. I would give my parents the money i owe them plus extra. I would put money into my sons account for when he is older. I would go for a family trip somewhere. Give my brother and sisters money. Give my partners parents money. And then the rest on clothes food and put away into an account for emergencies.

well my family and my partners family has helped us out alot. My parents just bought me a car as my old one was not safe enough to drive anymore. And has given me money when i have needed it. And my partners parents brought us a cot and draws when our son was born. So if i did end up getting a large enough sum of money it would be a thankyou for everyone they have done to help us out the last couple of years.

I still a student... still planing on the schol fees for AUS next year soon ..
the journey for buy car or house still a long way to go hehe

yeah that is true...
for gilr mind.. just the house is safety way to invest and they more believe that house good than car...
coz car will drop the price but house will increase

For me i think i would buy the house first because i would need somewhere to live i cant live in my car.I live in an apartment now and i plan on on buying a house so thats prolly what i would do.

i'd prioritize to buy a house first. it is one of the basic nessecity that we need. we are living with my in-laws but i feel that it is already time for us to move on our own. it is very expensive to pay for rents so if i could have my own house i like it better. as for the car, my parents are offering their other car for us to use since it is just stucked in their house. i think i will just have to go with the second hand car for now :)

is true rent house is not worth...
by the way you rent house count in few years is can become the value money for the new house beter we have our own house..
while the car as long as good condition is okay aready..
