try having a good massage on weekends. there is a good one which makes use of stones to absorb the coldness which has seeped into the muscles and the bones in our body. then before sleeping at night, take a glass of warm chocolate milk. then rub your neck, back and chest with liniment or cold rub in generous amounts. if you cannot find that kind of spa which uses stones to absorb the deepset coldness in the body, just find the one who does it best.
