Do you meet this situition? When you decide to do something, but your parents disagree that, what shall you do.
Recently,I want to leave my hometown to another place,my parents said it was too distant from here, and they might miss me but can't see me easily. In my opionoin,I think it is a good opportunity to me,and I like that city.Even I worked there,I also can go back home once one year at least. What shall I do? And if you have this situition, leave or stay?

you know,if I were you,I will stay.we should understan them, because they get older and older, and what want most is their children can be around with them.and it is true even you work in your city, you can go home once a year, but in their heart, they will feel you are near them.so take their advice into consideration.

Explain things nicely to them. List out the pros and cons. If you really feel you are right, try to convince them to your point of view.

I think that parents shouldn't hold their sons and daughters back from exploring the world and living where they are most comfortable. To do so avoids recognizing their offspring as capable of living their own lives, which is, after ll, the biggest goal in parenting - to send an adult son or daughter into the world to leave their mark on it.
I believe you should so what you must, and pursue your opportunity. Your parents will come to accept this new phase of your life that is normal and necessary to your happiness.

Yes,I think so.When I am ready,I'll talk with them, and I think they will agree with me,because it is good for their daughter.
Thank you.
