I feel in last 17 years Sachin Tendulkar has been the best test batsman as he has scored world record 37 centuries more than any other player in this period at good average of around 54. Sachin has also scored quite few fifties in test matches. He has good technique and temperament and is consistent. Lara is the other batsman that comes close as he has highest score in test matches of 400 not out, and scored 34 centuries too. He is one of most dangerous batsman too.

Sachin Tendulkar Is The Best Test Palyer. Apart From Him Other Good Test Players Are Brian Lara Ricky Pointing Muttaiah Murlitharan Shane Warne Mcgrath etc.
