KAPAMILYA STARS are more talented and popular!

Andak2007, as you post a filipino word like kapuso or kapamilya, make sure you explain the meaning of it for it is against the rule here in myLot to post words of different language, only english are allowed cause their staff are not bilingual. OK I will not disagree with your post, truly the ABSCBN. network talents are more popular because the network has doing great efforts to rise their talents to popularity, moreover they spend too much money and time promoting them, especialy on mall shows, concerts, films, etc. While GMA talents are getting into trouble promoting their own shows, especialy live shows in TV.

i am a kapuso since i was a kid so i dont know the talents of kapamilya.

I am a kapamilya watcher too but I would have to disagree with you. I think each stars coming from both networks have their own following and popularity. I do feel more comfortable seeing the stars from ABS but then when I watch GMA shows i find their talents deserving and worthy to be noticed by many. That is why their ratings are very close, it just means that there are people that are more comfortable with the other. In my case I got used to the quality that ABS has been showing that is why I see and loved their talents. But if you would be asking from the point of view of GMA fans they would definitely say that their talents are better than the other.

I think that ABS CBN is better at developing talents. Say for example, Ann Curtis, when she was with GMA, she didn't shine and was a lousy actress. But when she transferred to ABS, she was honed as an actress and she really improved. That is just the same with the other actors and actresses who transferred from GMA to ABS CBN.

i think abs cbn dont think that their talents are more talented than the gma talents...this is because they actually go out of their way to get one of the gma talents and persuade them to sign up on abscbn. gma doesnt do that at all. gma molds their talents to become a better actress and actors so that abscbn can steal the talents...thats why you probably think kapilya people are more talented!!!

i completely agree with you. Talents of abscbn are more well rounded and flexible in terms of their job compare to the talents of GMA. I think one main reason is that they are trained by instructors in star magic before they became a star.

Its very obvious that the Kapamilya channel has more talented talents than on the Kapuso channel.

well i think they are all good enough and talented because if they're not, they won't be able to become a star.. unless they have back up in the management.. hehehe.. and another thing is that, stars in kapamilya are over exposed while i kapuso, they are lack of exposure.. that's waht i've observed.

I've always been a Kapamilya although sometimes I disagree and for lack of a better word, hate, some of their shows. And although I bash some of the shows (because it's obvious that they're just playing with the people's emotions and money), I can't seem to find myself watching channel 7. It's because ever since I notice that their talents are not that good or rather, not at par with those from abs. No offense to fans of gma. this is just my opinion. I always go back to watching abs shows. I think it's because abs hone their talents in the Talent Center (Star Magic) - and I respect this institution because it created the best talents today (Claudine, etc...) So even those that started without any acting talent at all improved immensely in these workshops (like Anna, Heart, even Shaina, I think. hehehe) ^___^

i really don't watch much of shows from our local channels but when i do, i spend more time watching ABS-CBN shows than that of GMA. as regards whose stars are more talented and popular, i believe that ABS-CBN stars have more to offer than the Kapuso peepz.
