Not the face itself, but the expressions and twitches that they don't control.
Especially in the eyes.

I would have to say no. Many times I have looked at someone and thought they might be jerks, but they turned out to be really nice, and vice versa. they say you cant judge a book by its cover. you need to get to know the person before you judge.

I really enjoyed this particular post because it gives me the opportunity to offer a relevant latin quote on the subject, often associated with NIETZSCHE:
"Monstrum in fronte... Monstrum in animo."
This essentially translates into English as, "monstrous in face, monstrous in soul".

I think people try to figure out other people by their faces too much, sometimes! I've always been a quiet person, and I'm not very "smiley" when I'm not talking to someone or if something's not funny. People have taken this to mean that I am snobby! I know this, because once they actually get to know me, they tell me that they were all wrong in their assumption of me. I think the best way to know someone's character is to know their heart and actions.

i never said i was wrong .. but usually my first impression ends to be the right one...u can be quiet...but yr face might say that u r a snguinic person... yr face can say a lot.. and i'm not talking about the way a person acts.. but only by her look...not the clothes they r wearing.. u know... just a face.. if u send me a pic.. i'll try to say what i think about that person... and u tell me if i'm wrong.. must be a person u know.. so u can tell me if i'm right or wrong

Well maybe if i could see ur whole face I could tell you? But yes I think too a degree you can tell a lil from someones face, they say that most Mass murderers eyes are close together. urs are not i assume you are not a mass murderer. LOL Im a goof i know this site is fun

I saw pic, and listen I barely made it through high school. But you look pretty, and cool that is about all i can tell from ur pic. hope that doesnt seem shallow

i think u can allways see in their eyes... the deep of their character...the thing that u cannot do when u see a person is to make an idea about their personality

i looked at yr pic...is not very close.. but u look like a melancholic guy...who smiles with others... but not alwways feels to smile...u r ok with the way u look..and u espect others to notice what a great guy u r....

i never said anything about judging somebody.. i just asked if it's possible for a face to say something about that person's character...it's wrong to judge somebody...

Usually a person's eyes tell me about the person. there is an instinctive connection that usually proves right in the long run. The face usually underlines what the eyes speak and sometimes belies the eyes. I have learnt in life to go by what the eyes of another person tell me about them

Yes i dis see a lot of people who had a very expressive face. And mostly it is the girls who have such an expressive face. When it comes to boys they are less expressive. And with such persons who have a very expressive face, we can easily tell the character of the person, i cannot tell though.

It can tell you a lot. Look at the facial expressions. Are the eyes looking you in the eye, avoiding you, or moving around nervously? Are the lips curled in anger, turned down at the corners, or smiling? The face is where we get our first impressions of everyone we meet.
