I know its expensive to eat completely organic. I try to get organic whenever its possible, meaning whenever I can afford it. However, there are some foods I'll only buy organic such as milk, strawberries and spinach.
Do you eat organic? Which foods do your buy that are organic?

I eat organic as much as I can, even if I have to spend a little extra. It's definitely worth it to me--I find the taste superior and I get the peace of mind of knowing that I am not eating chemicals. This year I planted an organic vegggie garden to save money. So far, it's looking good!

I love growing my own herbs and veggies as much as possible, it's a great way to cut costs, and very satisfying to eat things you grew yourself!

I also try to eat organic foods as much as possible. I don't do dairy - so I get soy products - or almond milk. I buy most of my produce organic. I try to buy whatever other foods I can from the health store -like salsa and sauces - but sometimes they are just way too much money.

I like to buy organic fruits and veggies occasionally, they always seem to taste better than regular grocery items. Generally though, I prefer to buy local foods whenever possible, something fresh from the farmer's market is always far better than anything in the grocery store, organic or not. And reducing the number of miles your food travels from farm to fridge is good for the environment! It's cheaper, it supports local people, and I just love knowing exactly where my food came from, and knowing it was just picked fresh and ripe off the plant.

I try to eat organic when I can. I tend to stick with organic fruits and vegetables, as well as organic milk. I'm not sure if the eggs I buy are organic, but they are from free range hens. I can't seem to find organic beef, but I would buy it now and then when I could afford to. I was buying non organic chicken until my husband told me he was finding worms in them. EWWWW! I have bought organic chicken in the past, though it is so expensive. My husband and I want to start buying these again (every now and then as a treat) as these chickens look and taste so much better than the non organic ones. They are even whiter in color (non-organic chickens seem to be yellowish in color). Not to mention there is so much more meat on these organic chickens! Boy, just thinking about it is making me drool! LOL
So yes, I eat organic foods.

Organically grown crops definately are more healthy than inorganic crops that's for sure. Perhaps because they are not exposed to pesticides and commercial fertilizer which may reduce the nutrient compound of the crops.
I always try eat organic food but i have to be honest with you i can't affort to buy everything is from organic farm because it's very costly.
I'm just like you try to eat whenever i can affort. The most important organic foods i usually buy were Supplement, wheat germ for my breakfast, sugar, soya bean (to make soya milk), flour and banana.

I don't eat any organic foods. I love the idea of it, but I just can't get myself to pay those prices. I am not saying the prices are not worth paying, but I am just the type of grocery shopper who looks for the cheapest item on the shelf and buys it.

Hi there, Organic food in my country is so expensive, we never buy it thats for sure, but we do grow our own veges like Bok choi, lettuce, Silver beet, spinach and spring onions, potatos and string beans, strawberry and lemon, grapes and grape fruit, granny smith apples and plums and thats about it... If we need to buy anything we dont have, we will get it from our local fruit and vege store and these veges or fruit would be the normal not organic at all, way to expensive
